Marbella is a leasehold housing estate located at Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, Selangor. It comprises 102 units of hyperlink 2-storey terrace houses. Marbella was completed 2013 by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). Marbella make up one of the many residential development within D’Kayangan, a large integrated development also by PKNS. Marbella’s design was to inspire a new way of living encompassing bonding with nature and family.
