KUALA LUMPUR: Property Developer Armani Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Five Senses by WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd, in its role as the premium hospitality operator, and L’OCCITANE en Provence, a globally recognised brand providing premium, sustainable hospitality amenities and tailored wellness solutions to luxury hotels, resorts, spas and airlines worldwide, to form a strategic collaboration focused on elevating hospitality standards and redefining guest experiences.
Under this collaboration, Five Senses by WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd will helm the hospitality operational framework, delivering high-quality, service-led stay experiences across selected Armani Group developments, while L’OCCITANE en Provence is expected to integrate its signature range of amenities across key hospitality touchpoints to enhance the overall guest experience. Collectively, it reflects a shared vision among all three parties to respond to evolving consumer expectations, particularly among discerning urban residents and travellers seeking holistic, experience-led living and hospitality environments.
