Hi! I just get singapore citizenship , i wishes to sold my Malaysia property (under my own name ) do I needs to clear my balance Loan before sold , or can sold then settle the outstanding Loan?

HI ! I am Eway..The loan will be settle by purchaser's from their balance 90% own to you(it will be either cash or bank loan) within 3 months time during the transcation period Maklumat lanjut

You can find buyer first. The loan can be settle by the bank of the new purchaser Maklumat lanjut
