I called up a property agent regarding a piece of land through an advertisement . However,she recommended me another land. Then, the agent wished to collect 2% commission from me. I would like to know , as a buyer, do i need to pay the 2% to the agent ? As I heard buyer only has to pay 1%?

Mr Lee, if d land owner didn't pay any commission to the agent , yes! as a buyer must pay 2% to agent, but remember the cheque must write to property agency not to the lawyer. From: Shirley saw 0134309443  ren no19022. Maklumat lanjut
