Austin Suites is the latest development of Mah Sing Group Berhad in Johor. This freehold serviced residence is located in Taman Austin Perdana, Johor Bahru. The developer, Mah Sing Group needs no introduction as it has a 20-year track record as a developer of over 46 projects across Malaysia. This project is one of six projects currently being developed under the Mah Sing Group banner in Johor. Taman Austin Perdana is a newly developed residential as well as commercial area by Mah Sing Group. The freehold land was acquired by the developer to commence a new integrated township in Johor Bahru. The town also introduces the concept of lakeside living with a four-acre lake situated in the heart of Taman Austin Perdana. Easily accessible via Pasir Gudang Highway, Johor Bahru-Kota Tinggi Highway and the North-South Highway, the township is 10km from Johor Bahru city centre and 14km to the Johor Bahru Customs, Immigration & Quarantine (CIQ) Checkpoint to Singapore. All units will be furnished with a balcony that faces the swimming pool. All units will be allocated air conditioning units in the quantity of three, four and five units in accordance to the size of the apartment. In addition to that, all units will also be fitted with kitchen cabinets, cooking hood and hob, and bathroom essentials. The listing price for the unit starts at RM 433,000 with some units still open for sale. The price per sq ft ranges from RM 580 to RM 700. The maintenance fee is set at a very reasonable RM 0.20 considering the many facilities available at hand in the residence.
