  Practical choice for our family

  We picked 28 Dutamas mainly for the location. Easy school runs, hospitals close by, highways nearby. It just works for our daily routine.

  Calm escape

  I’m retired now and enjoy the peace here. The garden and reading room are my favourite spots. It doesn’t feel crowded at all.

  It's a solid build

  Been living here 2 years. Unit still feels solid, no issues with walls or fittings. Facilities are maintained well. Worth the money.

  Bad condo to live in

  Very RUDE guards, very RUDE management. Very bad owners. Can’t even get WIFI in all rooms and no Phone signal can rich in any rooms. expensive for the quality made and area. Not worth renting or buyin
