At this price range, it is one of the most affordable condos around. Car pack bays range from 1-2 spaces depending on the unit size chosen. Bumi discount is set at 7% like most properties in its category while maintenance fee is not yet known as at the time of this writing. Most of the figures quoted above might be slightly changed over time; no official number has been released at this time. The project was initially launched in 2014 but was delayed due to reasons we do not know. It seems things are back on track as activity has been noticed on site.

The project is handled by MCRB Land, a leading property developer in Malaysia. The project was delayed for some time but it seems to be up and running now and is expected to come to fruition by 2018. The high point of the condominium is that it is luxurious and also affordable.
