Entertaining At Home
One thing I appreciate is having enough facilities for entertaining friends. We often start with a meal at the barbecue area before spending some time around the swimming pool. When we have a bigger group, the multi purpose hall gives us additional space to use. I also enjoy taking friends to the tennis courts when they are interested in playing. The gymnasium is convenient for my own fitness routine during the week. The landscaped garden gives the property a pleasant outdoor setting when we are walking around. I like that I can plan a full afternoon without having to arrange several outside venues. It has made owning my unit more enjoyable.

Space For Hobbies
I wanted to keep some of my hobbies close to home. The tennis courts have been useful when I want to play without travelling across town. I also enjoy using the swimming pool when I need a quieter activity. The gymnasium gives me another option when I want to exercise indoors. Having different facilities means I can change my routine depending on the day. I have enjoyed making better use of my free time since moving here.
