Calm and peaceful
Anderson Residences @ Ipoh brings a good vibes right into the city centre. The location is super convenient, close to all daily essentials. What really adds value are the facilities like 24-hour security, a badminton hall, basketball court, and a peaceful community garden. It feels like a solid spot for comfortable city living with just the right lifestyle touches. -

Modern Vibes
Recently visited Anderson Residences @ Ipoh, and it immediately gave off a fresh, modern vibe right in the heart of the city. What I really noticed were the well-maintained facilities, a badminton hall, basketball court, and a peaceful community garden that adds a nice green touch. The 24-hour security also adds a sense of safety. It felt like a well-rounded place for comfortable and connected city living. -

I Found My Peace Here
I went to check on my unit at Anderson Residences a few days back. I can see the progress quite clearly now. The area around is not too busy, which I like it which feels more relaxed compared to the city centre. Got hospital, schools, and a few food spots not too far. Even the station isn’t that far if you need it. Walked around the site with one of the staff, they were friendly and explained a few things. My floor is not done yet, but the sample unit looked clean and well planned. -
