Sweet spot
I bought a 2BR apartment at Anggun Residences just before the project was completed. We have rented it out since the beginning. It was easy to find a tenant because its such a beautiful, luxurious development with large rooms and great view. The location is excellent too with plenty of public transportation options, educational institutions and shopping centres in the vicinity. -

Spacious apartments
Anggun Residences has a variety of units to choose from. While they also offer a studio unit, I chose to get the 3BR since I have two growing daughters who like their personal space. The master bedroom is very spacious and I’ve got a nice balcony too. The wife is pretty happy with the kitchen interiors and appliances, as well as the quality of furniture. Large floor to ceiling windows bring in a lot of natural light inside the house. -

Studio works for me
I bought a studio apartment at Anggun Residences in Chow Kit last year. Since I live alone, I wanted a common living and sleeping space with lots of room, that's airy and gets plenty of natural light. I can have a few friends over without making it feel claustrophobic despite it being a studio. Since it isn’t that big a property with only 250 units or so, I find that the facilities don’t get too overcrowded. There’s easy access to the gym, a lovely swimming pool a launderette inside the premises, so you could definitely say I’m sorted. -
