A Good Entertaining Space
I enjoy having friends and relatives over and wanted a property with useful common areas. The barbeque area was one of the facilities I liked when I first viewed the condominium because it gives us a place to gather outside the unit. The multi purpose hall is another useful space for larger activities and family occasions. When guests come with children, the swimming pool and wading pool give them something to enjoy during the visit. I also like the landscaped garden because it creates a pleasant setting around the residential blocks. After living here, I feel the property works particularly well for someone who likes having people over. -

Useful Shared Spaces
I booked a unit at Ascenda Residence because I wanted more than just a comfortable apartment. The multi purpose hall was useful when I was considering the property because it provides an extra space for activities and gatherings. I also like the barbeque area for simple weekend meals with friends. The swimming pool gives me another way to relax without leaving the condominium. The landscaped garden adds some greenery around the property as well. I find the shared spaces practical for different occasions. -

Good Facilities
One reason I chose this condominium was the covered car park. I drive regularly, so having my car protected from direct sun and heavy rain is something I genuinely appreciate. The covered linkways also make it easier to move between different areas of the property. It is a small convenience that makes daily routines less troublesome. -
