A Practical First Purchase
I booked my unit at Aspen Residences as my first property purchase, so I spent a lot of time thinking about what I would actually use. The covered car park was important because I rely on my car for regular travel. I also wanted some shared facilities that could become part of my normal routine. The gymnasium has been useful for short workouts when I do not have much time. I sometimes use the swimming pool when I want a more relaxed activity. The landscaped garden gives me another place to spend time outside my unit.

Hosting Relatives
The multi purpose hall is useful when we have a larger family gathering that needs extra room. I also like taking guests around the landscaped garden when they come over. The covered car park makes it easier when family members arrive by car. These facilities have made hosting people at home more convenient. I have enjoyed having that flexibility as an owner.
