  Comfortable Living Option

  I moved into Avantas Residences a few years ago, and it has been a pleasant experience. The community is friendly and safe, and the surroundings are peaceful.   A peaceful corner of the city that feels like

  Avantas Residences is in a pretty solid location, right along Old Klang Road, which makes getting to places like Mid Valley and Bangsar easy and fuss-free. The overall design leans modern and clean, definitely gives off that city high-rise lifestyle, but without trying too hard. Facilities are practical for everyday living. The pool and gym are more than enough for quick workouts or relaxing evenings, and the rooftop area works well as a spot to unwind or hang out casually. It’s not ultra-luxury, but it carries a comfortable, easygoing vibe. The area around it also helps, lots of eateries, convenience stores, and daily essentials within reach. For anyone working in or around KL, this place is genuinely worth considering.

  Warm and welcoming vibe

  I like that Avantas Residences looks modern with big windows that let in lots of light. The units come in different sizes, from one bedroom to bigger ones, and they seem pretty comfy for small families or even just one person wanting a nice space. It doesn’t look too cramped and feels practical for daily living. It also looks clean and well taken care of. Getting around seems easy with main roads close by and public transport not too far. Shops, places to eat, schools, and clinics are all nearby, so daily stuff should be simple.

  Just the right amount of everything

  Living at Avantas Residences has been pretty smooth. One thing I didn’t expect but ended up really enjoying is the constant breeze, even on hotter days, the wind on the balcony makes it easy to stay cool without blasting the aircon. The lifts during peak hours can get a bit slow, but that’s a minor thing once you get into a routine. Internet connection has been stable so far, and the unit came with fibre-ready setup, so installation was good. The parking layout is surprisingly smooth. It’s a good choice for those who prefer a quieter environment.
