Found peace here without really looking for i
Avantro Residences near Sungai Besi is all about convenience. Located next to the Sungai Besi MRT station (SBK33), it’s ideal for daily commuting. The design feels modern with urban vibes, and facilities include a pool, and a multipurpose hall just right for simple city living. With shops, eateries, and quick access to MRR2 and Besraya, connectivity is solid. A practical pick for young working adults, let’s hope the finishing and upkeep match the promise. -

It feels so gentle and calm here
Avantro Residences looks bright and modern with lots of glass windows and a clean design. The kitchens have nice cabinets and other rooms have good space., which seems useful for everyday living. Each unit gets two to three parking spaces, and there are convenient speed ramps for getting in and out quickly. Built right above a retail podium with shops and a grocer downstairs, plus major highways and malls are nearby. -

Finally, a place to slow down everything
Me and my mother are staying here for a while now. The units are compact but doesn’t feel cramped. It feels like a small town inside with everything you need. Many trees and plant around us feel so green. In the weekend, the place is so quiet, and even during weekdays, the noise from nearby roads doesn’t reach inside the unit. Till now, we didn’t found any major problems here. All good by God's grace! -

You walk in and feel everything slow down in
Just visited Avalton By The Water and it left a strong impression. Though still under construction, its potential is clear. The lakeside location brings a calm, peaceful vibe, ideal for unwinding. The layout feels well-planned to maximize views. The concept blends modern design with a soft, resort-like feel, elegant without being showy. Facilities like the pool, gym, and multipurpose hall are shaping up nicely and should suit most lifestyles. Nearby shops and eateries add daily convenience, no long drives needed. The developer has a solid track record, and this project seems on the right path. It’s early days, but if all goes as planned, Avalton could be a scenic, comfortable place to call home. -
