The condominiums have layouts which are Type A (3+1) bedrooms (1,210 sq ft), Type B 3 bedrooms (1,040 sq ft), Type C 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (1,041 sq ft), Type D (3+1) bedrooms (1,110 sq ft), and Type E / E1 2 bedrooms (890 sq ft).
The project was developed by RK Group at a launch price of about RM150 per sq ft and was completed in 2015. RK Group is a medium-sized real estate property development group in Malaysia which has undertaken several projects.
