The condominiums have built-up areas between 890 sq ft and 1,210 sq ft, while the penthouses have a built-up area between 2,182 sq ft and 2,244 sq ft. The condominiums have layouts which are Type A  (3+1) bedrooms (1,210 sq ft),  Type B  3 bedrooms (1,040 sq ft), Type C   3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (1,041 sq ft),   Type D (3+1) bedrooms (1,110 sq ft), and Type E / E1  2 bedrooms (890 sq ft).

The project was developed by RK Group at a launch price of about RM150 per sq ft and was completed in 2015. RK Group is a medium-sized real estate property development group in Malaysia which has undertaken several projects. Axis Crown residential development was scheduled to be completed in 2010, but numerous delays led to it being completed in 2015
