There are three types of units offered namely Type A, Type B and Type C where all units come with a kitchen, dining area and living hall. At 450 square feet, Type A offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Type B sized at 651 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while Type C at 801 square feet has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B and Type C applied the dual key concept.

Average gross price for units of all types are at RM 1,600 per square foot. Maintenance fee is charged by the management at RM 0.60 per square foot. The developer is generous enough to offer fully furnished package, but this will only be on offer for a limited time.
