Great location
A few months ago, we booked a unit here because of the design and location. The property is in a growing area, and the planned amenities are useful. It appears to have good potential for value appreciation over time. -

Our Comfy Home
My partner and I liked the resort-style concept at Ayanna. The community feels welcoming, and the area is peaceful. Facilities like the gym and common areas, which are well-kept and handy. It really feels like a cozy place for couples like us to settle in. -

It’s quiet even on the weekends, and that’s r
When I visited Ayanna Resort Residences, the first thing I felt was how peaceful the atmosphere was - it genuinely gives off that “resort-style living” feeling. Tucked away in Bukit Jalil, the surroundings were calm, with just enough greenery to make you feel like you're stepping away from city life, without actually being far from conveniences. The facilities really stood out to me during the visit: the sky lounge had a nice open view, the swimming pool area was spacious and inviting, and the yoga deck was a thoughtful touch for anyone into wellness. Walking through the show units, the layout felt balanced, not overly compact, and definitely more liveable than some of the tighter layouts I’ve seen in the city. The space felt usable and comfortable. -

A space that suits my pace
I went to check out Ayanna Resort Residences not long ago and honestly, the vibe felt right from the start. Surroundings are less noisy, which I really liked. You can already feel it’s going to be peaceful once it’s done. The layout of the units looked really practical. I booked one facing the pool and I’m already picturing slow mornings with coffee on the balcony. There’s lots of green planned, and the facilities seem pretty well thought out. It’s still close enough to shops and main roads, but not stuck in the middle of heavy traffic. Waiting to see the whole part of Ayanna. -

Simple, stylish, and peaceful
The property is still being built, but it already looks modern and nicely planned. The units seem big with good space for living and relaxing. There are trees and open areas around, which make it feel calm. The location looks handy, with roads, shops, and other places nearby. It might be a good fit for families who want a peaceful home with enough room. -
