  Well thought layouts for every lifestyle

  We’ve stayed in high-rise apartments for years, but Ayra Terraces gave us the upgrade we didn’t know we needed. The home has a simple but thoughtful layout with four bedrooms, enough for us and my parents when they visit. The community feels lively, and the pump track is a fun bonus for our daughter.

  Amenities around the area is great

  We moved here from Bayan Lepas for more space and better value. The house layout is great, and the community feels close-knit. The location is surprisingly convenient, especially for getting to the FTZ and schools.

  Future ready

  We booked it for the solar panels and the EV point. Rare to find this kind of value around Seberang Perai.
