A gentle calm stays with you here, even after
Living at Bayview Court in Tanjung Tokong has been a practical and pleasant experience. The location is a major plus, close to Gurney Drive, food spots, supermarkets, and daily conveniences. While it’s not a luxury condo, the modern design and overall upkeep make it a nice place to call home. Traffic can get heavy during peak hours, but that’s normal in this part of Penang. For anyone who values convenience, a local neighbourhood vibe, and straightforward living without unnecessary extras, Bayview Court has proven to be a solid and reliable choice over time. -

A layout that works for me
I have been living in Bayview Court for a while now, and it’s been a comfortable, easy place to settle into. It feels calm and laid-back, which is nice after a busy day, and there’s a steady routine here that makes things feel reliable. I also like that the neighbours are friendly without being too nosy. You get those small chats and polite greetings that make the place feel welcoming. It’s not fancy, but it does what you need and feels like home. -

A good balance of space and style
The place is okay, nothing too modern but good enough for daily life. My unit got enough space for me and family. The windows let in good light during the day, which I like. Neighbours mostly quiet, some families and working people. The security guards are friendly and keep watch all the time. The location is quite convenient, got shops and food nearby, easy to get what I need. Traffic can be busy during peak hours, but that’s normal in KL. -
