Camdon is the third phase of landed homes in Eco Horizon – a township in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang. Jointly developed by the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and EcoWorld Development Group Bhd, homebuyers can expect EcoWorld’s iconic landscaping, security, and thoughtfully-designed township layout.

Concept

Eco Horizon boasts the title of Penang’s largest gated and guarded community, and is the first project in the state to feature EcoWorld’s ‘Design2Own’ concept – where homebuyers have more layout options to customise their ideal layout.

The Camdon collection, introduces Eco World’s Co-Home concept to Penang. Similar to a townhouse, these are double-storey terrace homes split into two floors. The top floor can house one family, while the ground floor can house another.

The Eco Horizon township is well-designed to facilitate recreational activities, with features such as backlane paths and safe cycling and jogging lanes. For something a little more exhilarating, the Stone Dragon Hill Trail attracts Penangites for its famous large boulder which greets hikers at the peak.
