  Works for young couples

  We’ve just moved in and find it easy to settle. Public transport is within walking distance, which helps as we only own one car. Security is quite reassuring, and the pool is great to unwind after work.

  Close to everything

  I like how Casa Subang is behind The Summit and near Giant. Daily errands are quick. Also, Sunway Medical and Subang Parade are just a short drive away. It’s a convenient base for someone who wants to stay connected in Subang.

  Affordable choice for us

  I booked a unit because the price point fits my budget. For Subang, it’s rare to find freehold with this location. The built-up is just nice for us, and I don’t mind the simple design since it comes fully furnished.

  Casa Subang Reborn

  Yes they finally get rid of the old bad management and lift contractor. The new Casa Subang will regains it's glorious day once again !
