The first four blocks of Casa Tropicana were constructed by LBS-Senibina in a joint venture but Dijaya took charge to complete the construction of the fifth block. The construction of the first four blocks was completed in March 2008 while the fifth was completed in May 2013. The launch price of the fifth block (Block E) was RM 440 psf and all the units were sold on the launch day, August 2010.
