Ideal Weekend Escape in Selayang Suburb
We sometimes stay here on weekends for a change of scenery. The lush surroundings and low-rise density make it feel private and green. The pool is clean and quiet, and our kids loved the playground. We’ve also tried the on-site restaurant—decent seafood, though a bit cosy indoors. The clubhouse and BBQ facilities make family time fun. It’s not luxury condo level, but for what it costs, it does the job well: relaxing, safe, affordable. -

Spacious 3‑Bedroom with Great Connectivity
I just moved in recently and signed a one‑year lease. The rooms are generous, and I appreciate having a mini‑mart and restaurant within the clubhouse—super handy. The jogging track and BBQ area are used a lot by residents on weekends. What impressed me most is proximity to MRR2 and Jalan Ipoh, plus KTM/BRT stations nearby. Good spot for families or working professionals. -

Peaceful Lakeview Retreat with Basic Comforts
We stayed a few nights here during a family trip. The unit had a lovely view of the lake and the forested ridge behind—super calming. It’s an older condo, so don’t expect modern finishes, but our 3‑bedroom unit was clean and functional. The pool, gym and tennis courts were nice extras, especially for the kids. Security is solid with 24‑hour guards. Nearby amenities like Selayang Mall and Mydin are just a few minutes by car. Good value if you’re after quiet and greenery! -
