We stay here 2–3 weekends a month for a break from city life. Our kids love the pool and playground—they’re clean and rarely crowded. We’ve even used the BBQ area for family dinners. The compound is secure and feels safe for them to play. Giant, F&B, and Kajang Hospital are just a short drive away. It’s not flashy, but it’s got everything we need—a cosy, green space to unwind without being too far from everything.

Spacious 3‑Bedroom Near Kajang MRT/KTM
Been living here for nearly two years. Casa Villa’s three-bedroom layout (~1,200 sf) is rare at this price. The unit I got is a corner one—bright and with good airflow. It’s freehold and well-managed, with a helpful residents’ committee keeping things clean. Facilities include a pool, kids’ playground, gym and jogging track—great for weekend downtime. Plus, it’s only 1.5 km from the Kajang KTM/MRT station, which is handy for my KL trips. Highway link-ups to SILK, PLUS and NKVE makes commute easy.

First time renter
I recently moved into Casa Villa and love starting my day with a stroll around the pool and through the trees—it feels calm and peaceful. My 3-bedroom unit isn’t brand new, but it’s functional and airy. Maintenance has been timely, and the 24‑hour security gives me peace of mind. The condo is slightly away from Kajang town (~1.3 km), so driving is essential. But I’m happy—it’s quick to jump onto the SILK or Cheras–Kajang Highway for work. Facilities like the gym and BBQ pit are used regularly by neighbours. For the rent, it’s a solid find.
