Spacious & Serene Stay Just Outside Georg
We rented for a weekend catch-up, and Cascara 88 surprised us with its peaceful vibe. Bedrooms are big, bathrooms clean, and the twin-storey layout gives lots of breathing space—even with 4 adults. We hung out on the rooftop garden, used the BBQ pit, and our kids loved the playground and green spaces around. With smart-card lift access and an onsite store, it felt secure and self-sufficient. The drive to Batu Ferringhi or Queensbay Mall took just 15–20 mins. Quiet, comfortable, and great for a weekend retreat. -

Low-density Townhouse with Investment Upside
Bought one as a rental—a freehold 4-bed townhouse built in 2013—with hopes of steady returns. Conversions to fully furnished fetched RM 600k in the past year, and rental yields are decent. The enclave has only 80 units, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Facilities like a community hall and playground are decent. It’s a bit away from main amenities; you need a car, but access to Bayan Lepas Expressway and Penang Airport is quick. Good prospect in a rising location. -

Green Hillside Home with Rooftop Views
We moved in recently and love the leafy surroundings—hills to one side, town views to the other. Our 4-bed, 3-bath unit is spacious (~1,550 sq ft), and the double-storey layout gives everyone privacy. Morning coffee on the rooftop garden is now a ritual—it’s peaceful, with lovely breezes and a built-in BBQ pit for weekend grilling. The gated layout, CCTV and 24‑hour guards made us feel instantly secure. Car parking is ample in the multi-storey lot. A solid choice for families. -
