City of Dreams is a serviced development that is located in Seri Tanjung Pinang of Tanjung Tokong in Penang Islang. It is an apartment that was developed by Ewein Zenith who is Malaysia’s premier lifestyle developer. The apartment is still under construction and is scheduled for completion in the year 2019. It was named after the famous City of Dreams in Macao.
