  Massive serviced-apartment tower—could mean d

  With 615 serviced units in a 66‑storey tower and another 242 residences in the hotel tower, this is a huge development. Impressive scale, but could feel busy. The automated car park, GreenRE design, and pneumatic waste collection are cool, though—speaks to their ESG intentions.

  Project built to stand the test of time

  They’re pitching CloutHaus as timeless, not just trendy—TA Global actually reworked the design post‑Covid to suit the market and include Malaysian cultural cues. Looks to be a long-term statement, not a flash-in-the-pan tower.
