  modest but well‑maintained facilities

  It’s a quiet, well-maintained retreat with only 54 units across two blocks. BRDB’s development shows—landscaping and upkeep are consistently neat, and the views... still rather glorious.

  effective management and upgraded communal fa

  The management committee here actually knows what they’re doing. The gym just got a facelift, and both the pool and function hall feel fresh and well-kept. For a low-density condo, they’ve really punched above their weight.

  calm ambience, generous size

  Really peaceful living at Contessa—24-hour security gives you that ‘I-can-almost-sleep-with-my-eyes-open’ peace of mind. Spacious layout too—around 1,500 sq ft with a lovely balcony and unobstructed views. It’s a slice of quiet right in the middle of vibrant Bangsar.
