  Perfect as a starter home

  I’m buying my first place, and Cubic Botanical feels right. Affordable, modern, near the train, and has all the basics I need. The gym and pool are a nice bonus.

  Practical choice for my parents

  I needed a smaller, safe place for my parents. This one stood out for its elderly care centre and nearby clinics. Plus, it’s close enough for us to visit every weekend without traffic hassle.

  Good value near Bangsar South

  Nice location and fair price. Walking distance to Komuter station is a big plus. Ideal for young working folks like me.
