  Low-density but Don’t Ignore the Traffic

  The development is refreshingly low‑density—it’s just one tower with 593 units over 46 stories—so you don’t feel overwhelmed. But don’t ignore the locals’ chatter: while the roads in Damansara Perdana have held up so far, once you're heading toward KL in the evenings, that monsoon of traffic via Penchala Link or LDP can really slow you down.

Inside, the units are surprisingly generous: you’re looking at 4‑ to 4+1‑bed layouts, 1,210 to 1,440 sq ft, hackable walls to flex rooms as needed, and 2–3 car parks included. Feels like they really thought of families or serious long‑term renters.
