The development is refreshingly low‑density—it’s just one tower with 593 units over 46 stories—so you don’t feel overwhelmed. But don’t ignore the locals’ chatter: while the roads in Damansara Perdana have held up so far, once you're heading toward KL in the evenings, that monsoon of traffic via Penchala Link or LDP can really slow you down.

Green Oasis, Stellar Connectivity, Still Deep
D’Clover sits as a serene oasis at the edge of the city—nestled next to a 10‑acre Central Park, into mature greenery, all while offering rapid access to LDP, Penchala Link, DASH, and more. You get nature without sacrificing connection—retail, transport nodes, and eateries are all within a short drive. It’s like living on the edge of calm without being cut off.

Art Deco Charm Meets Spacious Family Living
I toured D’Clover and the sleek Art‑Deco architecture immediately caught my eye—elegant lines, polished feel, and a sense of refined living even before stepping inside. Inside, the units are surprisingly generous: you’re looking at 4‑ to 4+1‑bed layouts, 1,210 to 1,440 sq ft, hackable walls to flex rooms as needed, and 2–3 car parks included. Feels like they really thought of families or serious long‑term renters.
