  Location near highways

  Damansara Perdana has a strategic location, easy to get onto Penchala Link and DASH. D'Cosmos looks like a nice development with modern design, suitable for young families and working adults.

  Interesting layout

  The layouts of D'Cosmos is quite interesting, having options with and without balconies. Those who are not keen on balconies can have more floor space in their units.

  Suitable for families

  With four bedrooms, D'Cosmos is suitable for families with children, so each child can have their own room (to hopefully minimise sibling squabbles). There is also plenty of shopping malls and food options around the neighbourhood.
