  For a long term stay

  We chose D’Shire Villa after visiting a few subsale units. The layouts are practical and spacious with three bedrooms, enough for a growing family.

  Best central location

  The best part is accessibility. Highways, LRT, and shopping malls are all close, so moving around is never a hassle.

  Good place for family life

  We’ve been here for 3 years and it feels safe, peaceful and friendly. The pool and clubhouse are perfect for weekends with the kids. Everything we need is nearby, from groceries to schools, so daily life is very convenient.
