Feels Safe, Feels Thoughtful
The security here is tight—gated, card-enabled lifts, CCTV, patrols 24/7—so I feel genuinely safe, day or night. And having a surau, multipurpose hall, and even a kindergarten on-site gives it that thoughtful, family-friendly vibe that you don’t get everywhere. -

Great Layout with Solid Facilities
The place has a good mix of space and comfort—options for 3 or 4 bedrooms, and it came with two parking spots, which is a big plus. I’ve used the gym, pool, jacuzzi, playground, and even the BBQ pavilion with friends. It’s pretty much everything you need in one place. -

Super Convenient with Real Sunway Vibe
I moved in a few months ago and love how everything’s just within a short walk or drive—Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon, and tons of cafés. The BRT station is less than a 15-minute walk, and highways like LDP and KESAS are right there, which makes getting around a breeze. It genuinely feels like urban living with minimal hassle. -
