  We moved into a 2‑bedroom, ~1,600 sq ft layout, and it still feels roomy enough for real life. The Toul‑chain fittings from Poggenpohl and Miele appliances just add to the smart design—and when you weigh that against the RM1.44 k‑psf range and location, it actually feels fair for what you're getting.
