De Palma is a freehold apartment development project that is located on Persiaran Setia Makmur, Shah Alam, Selangor. The selling price per unit is RM170K and the rental price range is RM750 to RM850 per month.

De Palma Launching Details

The De Palm apartment development project was launched back in 2015. The construction for the project started on March 2016 and it was completed in 2018. Each unit was already priced at RM170K even before the project was completed.
