  Location's decent, but don’t expect luxury

  You’re close to The Curve, Tesco & Ikano, and there’s a forest reserve next door—it’s handy. But the vibe’s medium‑cost, not premium: PVC doors, wired fences, only two lifts per 100 units.

  Bad place

  Low cost apartment disguise in Condominium name. Very old facilities, elevator keeps broken and also very annoying security guards.
