  Resort Themed Residence, Cozy Environment &am

  This family-friendly resort-themed residence is a peaceful and ow-density environment perfect for relaxation from work. The facilities are excellent and well maintained with a swimming area that captures the essence of a Hawaiian feel, coconut trees and many tropical plants surrounding the swimming pools area complete with sandy shores, a waterfall, and children's pool slides. Evenings are graced with stunning sunsets and nights remain quiet. Although the apartment is a five-story walk-up, this is just a minor issue for me. The management is excellent, and security is tight, the LRT station is just 400 meters away so convenient. I was glad to brought my home here.

  A tropical resort style...

  I am lucky to bought a unit here...it was a great place for our family. We enjoyed the facilities here..MRT just completed within 5 minutes walk & definitely it is a value added to the property...
