  Green and calm in city centre

  My favourite thing is the garden feel. It doesn’t feel like KL when you sit outside with a cup of tea. For me, that’s priceless.

  City life without the noise

  I rent here for work. It’s super convenient but still quiet inside the compound. The trees really block out the city rush. I can have meetings at KLCC and be home in 10 minutes.

  Big space, great location

  Plenty of room inside, which is hard to find around KLCC now. Old but strong building, and the management keeps it tidy. Walking to the park or LRT is a big plus.
