  Commute-friendly, without paying a cent in to

  Location-wise, Diamond Regency is gold. Quick hop onto DUKE or MRR2 and you’re almost anywhere—Ampang, Cheras, Damansara. And if you rely on public transport, Sentul Timur LRT is just 5–10 minutes away. It’s great when you want award-winning access but don’t want to deal with KL’s usual traffic insanity.

  Amenities that actually get used.

  The facilities are solid—gym, pool, sauna, wading pool, karaoke room, mini-market, and even a BBQ area. It’s a serviced residence, so everything’s well-maintained, and I’ve never had to trek out late just for a quick grocery fix. It ticks a lot of convenience boxes.

  Skyline views and low-density living—yes, ple

  I’ve called Diamond Regency home for a few years now, and one of the best parts is the low-density vibe—just 196 units across 20 floors. Early mornings on the balcony, I catch glimpses of KLCC and even Genting in the distance. It’s peaceful, infrequently crowded, but still connected to the city—true city-edge zen.
