Duta Perintis: Modern Resort-Style Living in Bandar Puncak Alam

Duta Perintis is a modern, low-density leasehold apartment development located within the green and growing township of Alam Suria in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor. Developed by the reputable IJM Land, this project was launched in February 2021 and offers residents a tranquil, resort-style living experience that harmonizes with nature. The development is designed for those who appreciate both natural serenity and convenient urban facilities, featuring practical layouts and a strong connection to its lush surroundings.

Project Details and Design

Duta Perintis stands on a 6.92-acre plot and consists of 316 units spread across a 16-storey building. This low-density design ensures a more spacious and private living environment. Each unit has a practical, standardized built-up area of 850 sq. ft., featuring a layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and comes with two designated parking bays. The building thoughtfully incorporates a north-south orientation to reduce heat and lower energy consumption. Security is a key feature, with a 24-hour system, card access for the lift and car entry, and CCTV at the ground floor lift lobby.

Residents have access to a comprehensive range of condominium-standard facilities designed for lifestyle and leisure. These include:

• Swimming and wading pools
• Gymnasium
• Playground
• Badminton court
• Multi-purpose hall
• Barbeque area

The development is also connected by pedestrian walkways to the 11-acre Central Park of Alam Suria, which offers a skate park, open-air amphitheatre, and additional recreational spaces.
