We’ve put down a booking for a 3-bed unit in Dwitara because we like the idea of moving in a year or so, rather than settling now. For our kids’ school and our work commute, the location works. We just hope that once completed, the landscaping, noise insulation, and lift service will meet expectations — especially since marketing tends to highlight “skydeck”/premium stuff, which we can’t test yet.

Early investor here, crossing fingers!
Bought during launch because I believe in the Surya PJ South masterplan. Two car parks and multiple bedroom layouts make it flexible. But of course, I’m keeping a close eye on progress photos, completion schedule, and whether all the amenities get delivered as promised.

To buy or not to buy
I’m deciding whether to buy a unit in Dwitara Residences. The layout looks promising, and the pricing seems competitive for PJ South. But since the project isn’t completed, I’m keen to visit the first completed blocks / show units to check build quality and how consistent it is with what's being advertised.
