When I inspected a few units before buying, I saw some variation: some had cracked paint, uneven tiles, and weaker sound insulation. I insisted on a higher floor, quieter orientation (not facing main roads), and did a walk-through with multiple inspectors. If you buy here, bring a checklist and don’t assume all units are equal.

Great for Short Stays / Student / Visitor Use
We listed our unit for Airbnb / guest stays. Guests rave about the location and responsiveness of the host — one recent review flagged the host was super responsive, clean, and resolved a cabinet issue fast.

Solid Subang Base with Flexibility
I rented a 2-bed unit here for about a year. The layout, amenities, and proximity to transit / shops made things easy. But I did get occasional complaints from neighbors about loud guests upstairs, and some maintenance requests (AC leaks, dripping pipes) took more chasing than I liked.
