investor perspective
Bought a 3-bed unit here a few years back. Rental demand has been steady, relatively easy to find tenants. PSF has held up well. If I had to pick issues, management fees have crept up, and some common areas need upgrades. Still, for the price, it beats many newer projects that cost more but offer less space. -

Renting since...
Moving here was a good decision for us. The kids enjoy the playground, there are schools nearby, and basic amenities are within reach. The views from higher floors are nice. Would be great if the roads around were upgraded — traffic during rush hour can be frustrating. -

Long-Term Resident
I’ve lived here since about 2016. Love that the community is settled — fewer growing pains now. The unit size is generous, the pool, gym and jogging track are used often. Only downside: some of the lifts are a little jerky now, and guest parking can be challenging sometimes. -

East bay
We just brought the unti at Eastbay, the place is really nice environment is clean and cooling apartment. Suitable for adult and children -
