Spacious Units & Low Crowd Vibe
We opted for a Type B unit on a quieter side, and it’s roomy with good layout. Lift waiting is minimal. However, friends on the road-facing side get traffic noise and glare. If you pick your unit carefully (side, view, floor), you’ll notice the difference.

Lake Views, Premium Amenities — But Watch Dev
I moved into Elevia a few years after handover. The views of the lake are lovely and having a sky gym and floating pavilion is something unique. But I’ve had to chase repair jobs (plumbing, minor cracks) longer than I expected. Sometimes what’s promised in brochures takes time to be fulfilled.
