We bought a 1,260 sq ft unit and the demand from students & families nearby has been steady. Rental income is decent. But because built-ups go up to 1,681 sq ft and condition varies a lot, you’ll need to pick the unit carefully—view, floor, finishing all matter big time.

Quiet Living But Some Older Building Issues
It’s relatively peaceful compared to big high-rises—only ~105 units in one low-rise block helped. But being older and leasehold, some of the lifts creak and the façade shows wear. If you buy here, plan for minor refurbishments.

Good Location & Facilities—Solid Deal
We moved here mainly for the convenience—schools, hospitals, malls all within reach. The gym, tennis court, pool and jogging track are nice extras. For a leasehold unit in KK city centre, it felt like a sensible purchase.
