  Phenomenal project well situated

  The highrise is located in Batu Ferringhi, that’s about 15-20mins drive from George Town. A perfect spot for tourism and perhaps and secondary home for foreigner looking to invest a spot in Malaysia Island. The area is surrounded with big brand hotels and has an awesome beach for beach lover!

  Feringgi Residence 2 looks like a good investment for a home that has a lot of greenery around. The 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units is perfect for family with children.

  Nice facilities

  Quite generous with the facilities. The project location seems to have good feng shui, with sea and mountain nearby. It's quieter here too, away from the beach area.
