  Practical choice

  Not fancy, but it does the job. I like that I can just go downstairs to get food or groceries. Maintenance is affordable too. It may not be perfect, but for the price, I can’t complain.

  Convenient living here

  Living here saves me so much time. I work in Mutiara Damansara, so it’s just 5 minutes away. Everything I need is nearby, from groceries to laundrette. The facilities are basic but enough for daily life.

  Good for starting out

  I just moved in last year and honestly, for the price, it’s worth it. The unit is small but enough for me and my wife. Shops downstairs make life easier, and we can walk to eateries too. Parking can be a bit tight, but overall still a decent place to start a home.
