Visited the sales gallery last month. The finishes, layout and sky facilities looked appealing, and the price point for freehold was fair. But completion is still years away, so there’s no way to judge the actual view, community, or build quality yet. For anyone buying now, treat it as a long-term investment, not a quick flip.

Location Makes Sense — If Traffic Doesn’t Get
I live nearby in OKR and have been following the progress. The location is prime — minutes to Mid Valley and Kuchai Lama — but traffic during peak hours can be brutal. If Gen Starz delivers the low-density promise (360 units only), it could age well. But surrounding congestion and commercial noise will be the big test once it’s completed.

Promising Design, Still a Few Years Out
I booked a unit at Gen Starz after seeing the show gallery — layouts feel smart and modern, with hackable walls and decent finishes. The freehold tenure on Old Klang Road was what sealed it for me. Of course, it’s still under construction till 2028, so we’ll only know how well the management and build quality hold up later. For now, I’m cautiously optimistic.
