  Value for money - 5 min from Queensbay - yet

  Very peaceful and calm condo. Well maintained especially the pool and garden. Just 5 mins to Qbay mall - no need to drive. 7-11 & restaurants just across the road. Mid way to both Penang bridges. Sea & garden facing units are nice. Easy for anyone who works in Bayan Lepas or Butterworth. Spacious & bright units and passageways - unlike the new condos nearby ( with tiny rooms and dark corridors ) excellent ventilation.
