  The Perfect Place for a Stress-Free Life

  Living in this place has made my life so much easier. The location of H2O Residence is perfect for me as it is within walkable distance from public transport. This makes my daily commute to work a breeze. The surrounding area is filled with amazing eateries, allowing me to grab a delicious meal on my way back from work. The high standard and 24*7 security give me peace of mind, knowing that I am living in a safe and well-maintained environment. And the icing on the cake? The breathtaking watery views that I get to enjoy, even at night, thanks to the beautiful lighting.

  My Experience Living in a Unique Architectura

  I bought this place at H2O Residence because of its unique design. The interlocking ice-cubes façade inspired by the simple beauty of water caught my attention immediately. The accommodation itself exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and comfort. The facilities are top-notch, and despite the high density, the lifts were always available. Going in and out of the building was a breeze. I'm thrilled to be a part of this first-of-its-kind architectural masterpiece in Malaysia!

  A Family-Friendly Haven for Leisure and Exer

  H2O Residences' Facilities located at level 7 has become our family's go-to spot for leisure and exercise. The view alone is worth the visit, and the well-maintained swimming pool and kids playground provide endless fun for our children. I also appreciate having a gym right there for my workouts. But beyond the amenities, the friendly atmosphere created by the other residents makes up for the human touch. We love taking walks around the place, enjoying the views and engaging with our neighbors.

  Modern living

  H2O residences in Petaling Jaya worked out well for me when I was looking to rent a place late last year. It’s a nice new building with good facilities and amenities, not too flashy like most modern projects, but that also ensures rent prices are in check. When the developer goes overboard with massive pools and high maintenance community spaces, the rents go up too. We like the simple floor plans that utilize every bit of space in the house too.

  Pampering time

  We purchased our first 2BR at H2O residences in Petaling Jaya. My family has had a hard life when my business was struggling, so when things turned around, I wanted to get a spacious apartment for the wife and son to enjoy. From where I came, the apartment is a good step up and it will only be onwards and upwards from here. My son has made a lot of friends at the basketball court and my wife and I work out regularly at the gym.
